Happy Mother’s Day – “Best Mom Ever” (inside card)

I love how my kid is a bit delusional about my role as a mom and how I compare to other moms.  I am the “best mom ever.”  As moms know, there are good times and bad times.  What I do appreciate about my kid is that she keeps me on my toes.  I am always learning.  The rules keep changing.  No one sends you a memo to inform you these changes.  They just do and all of a sudden your kid is someone else.  I love my kid to bits.  I was inspired to write this blog when I heard my kid “play” the recorder downstairs as she “composed” a song.  Very admirable.  Life as a kid.  Love it.  She keeps me humble.  Mother’s Day.
